This is the FAQ page for the Safer Passwords eBook.
If any questions are received that would be of general interest to others then they will be posted here along with the answers so that others can benefit from them as well.

Q. HELP, I can't register my eBook as my codes don't work - what should I do?
A. If you receive the message that "The username/password combo is invalid", it means there you have entered one or both of them incorrectly. For the full eBook, the username will be a sequence of letters followed by three numbers (or no numbers at all). The password will be all numbers. You can use the "show/hide password" button to make it easier to check the password as you are entering it.
Q. I have signed up to the mailing list for the free sample, but I can't download the file using the link in your email, so what could be wrong?
A. One possible reason is that your PC is trying to protect you from downloading 'potentially dangerous files'. There is a help page on download.com which may help you: http://www.download.com/1200-20-985144.html
Q. I still can't download my files, what else could be wrong?
A. The shopping cart we use automatically disables the download links after 24 hours as part of their security features, and there isn't any way we can change that. However if you send us an email letting us know your problems, we can resend you a link that will work for a further 24 hours.
Q. Are there any other tips on using the eBookPro software I should know about?
A. Click Here to visit the eBook Pro support site, then select Frequently Asked Questions. Some of them relate more to using the software to create eBooks, but many will be relevant to you, like the printing tip above.
Q. Hmmm, I signed up to the mailing list for the free sample, but I didn't even get an email, where is it?
A. There are many possibilities, however the most likely is that your email service or program has decided that our email is 'junk mail'. It may currently be sitting in a 'junk mail', 'trash' or deleted items folder. Our emails are sent from the email address support@saferpasswords.com, so please add us to your 'whitelist'. Another possibility is that there was a typo in your email address when you entered it. There is a menu link to a "free Sample" page, where you can resubmit your details if you think this might be the problem. Whatever the problem though, you are welcome to send an mail with your problem to us at support@saferpasswords.com, and we'll check the database for you.
